Katrina Sousa has visited my home four times, but three of four times did not meet the agreed-upon time, pricing, and staffing requirements. She kept raising and changing new rules or pricing, rather than introducing it after I raised concerns. In the interest of mutual respect and professionalism, I would appreciate it if she could discuss the scope of work, time allocation, and staffing before and during each cleaning session.
