My technician was Troy. He was super responsive and put me at ease by explaining each step. He was super punctual, very professional throughout the communication, and repair work. He was incredibly flexible with scheduling and extremely knowledgeable making everything super easy to understand. I felt that N&N was the best choice for my appliance repair needs. Troy is excellent. He responded to my online request to repair my dryer. He came the same day and fixed the issue in under an hour. they managed to arrive same day to fix my dishwasher. they were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. they quickly found the problem and solved it. they were considerate enough to hang around to make sure it was functioning properly before leaving. excellent experience and excellent work. will be using them again for future appliance issues!
