- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is only done in person. If you are not available for an in person estimate, I ask that you reach out to another professional. I pride my company in providing better services than you would receive from a less experienced unlicensed person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The plan is to get all of information possible. I will request pictures of the items that I'm installing or fixing. We agree on a time that works for the customer. I complete the job in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold master electrician licenses in DC, MD, and VA. I've studied 4 years both in the classroom, and in the field. I've done residential, commercial, data, and commercial solar.
