FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several Chapter 7 fee options such as discounted lump sum fees, installment payment plans, and even zero-down financing options, for those who qualify, where you pay nothing prior to filing your case and then low monthly payments of $200-$250 for 12 months. We also offer installment payments for estate plans and accept credit/debit cards, and ACH withdrawals for client convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically provide a free phone or office consultation during which we provide a scope of services, fee quote, and process overview for our client. Upon retention, we immediately start working on behalf of our client until our services are completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Founding Attorney, Suren G. Adams, obtained her Law Degree from George Washington University Law School. Associate Attorney, Ericca L.
