I had an excellent experience with Bryan. He responded promptly, was on time for our scheduled appointment, and was very knowledgeable about my tank and how to care for my fish and frogs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start by listening to our customers needs and try to educate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally grew up having all kinds of aquatic pets, reptiles, birds, dogs and cats. My father loved all animals but I fell in love with aquatic animals. I saw that it could be a challenge for people that either didn't have the time but enjoyed the aquarium or wanted to have an aquarium but didn't have the knowledge. I saw that it could be a service I could provide and so here I am...Aquatic Keepers!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our business has grown over the pass 15 years providing services for a very diverse community of customers, from the commercial industry to the private home owners. We have seen a lot in a short time and looking forward to expanding.
