What a smooth experience we had. Always nervous when you don't know what a problem could be, but JD calmly assessed the situation with my fridge, and as it turns out recommended that it might be time to invest in an update over repairs. He was thorough, polite and efficient. I now have a new fridge and it was the right thing to do. I will be calling on JD for any further appliance issues. He is trustworthy. Thank you!

Joseph was AMAZING! Took his time to identify the problem and was able to get my dishwasher up and running again after thorough work. He also addressed my fridge that had been leaking water. I now have a go to appliance tech!

My experience with JD Appliance was a good one. I'm so glad he was able to fix my washer/dryer. My clothes were not drying and not spinning. My drain pump needed to be replaced and it was fixed in no time once the problem was identified. And now it works better now than before. Thank you JD Appliance!
