Sami is great, he came immediately to check my dishwasher. Unfortunately, it wasn’t repairable and he was very honest that it was better to buy a new one. He gave me advice on what brands to buy and what’s the cheapest installation. I would wholeheartedly recommend his service and will definitely use him again.

Sami was friendly, polite, respectful, and caring. He took the time to explain what the issue was with the lid lock mechanism on my washer and the part needed to repair it. He cared enough to ensured that I understood how the lid lock function works and its purpose. Although, I thought there should be an override feature for top load machines, but i got it! It’s all about safety. Anyway his explaining of the part needed for replacing and cost which i really appreciated. Thank you!

Sam arrived exactly 30 mins after he told me he would, was extremely nice, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue, and finished everything in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend him for appliance repair. Happy to have my microwave working so I can reheat Thanksgiving leftovers with ease!

Sami is the absolute best! We have been having trouble with our washing machine making a loud screeching noise. Sami quickly and expertly solved our issue!! He reached out quickly after my initial message and we were able to find a time the next day for him to come by. He then diagnosed the issue and order the parts, which came two days later. Sami again was able to find time to come back the same day that the part’s arrived. He was able to replace the faulty parts and resolve the issue, which was a part of the cold and hot water sensors. Incredibly impressed with Sami and will be recommending him to others for their appliance needs!
