Sami reached out within minutes of me submitting my request and was at my house within two hours. He had to order a part and returned promptly the next day. I was getting a periodic open/close door error on my over the range 2.1 cu. ft. Whirlpool microwave. Microwave would not start even the door was closed. Sami determined that it was not due to a defective door switch. He removed the door and thoroughly cleaned it and the sensors. Everything seems to be working for the time being. I wasn't charged an addition $75 for the service fee. His hourly rate is reasonable and would certainly use him again for appliance repair.

Sami is great, he came immediately to check my dishwasher. Unfortunately, it wasn’t repairable and he was very honest that it was better to buy a new one. He gave me advice on what brands to buy and what’s the cheapest installation. I would wholeheartedly recommend his service and will definitely use him again.
