Aziz was top notch. He came in and diagnosed my network problem, going about his work in a confident and methodical way. He communicated really well, explaining me everything. He never pushed a solution on me - being consultative all along the way. He also bought equipment for me - finding a deal so it was cost effective. And then when he fixed the problem without needing the equipment he went and returned the equipment. Really honest guy who is very knowledgeable about the networking field.
