From the moment chef Thomas and I began to communicate I knew he would be the pro I booked with. From his professionalism to his willingness to work with what fit well for me and my guests I was never disappointed. He kept me informed on his prices and requirements and was able to execute my vision without a hitch. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. The brunch was filling and we still had additional leftovers of food even after everyone was served. This was a great experience with Chef Thomas! Leading up to my Vday brunch, he was super easy to communicate with. I was able to give him all my wants and he met them effortlessly :) he ensured all my dietary needs would be met and made changes when needed for his menu. For the day of the event, he showed up on time and with a great attitude- he didn’t even mind me bothering him with all my talking as he cooked! He had good conversation and was super professional while doing so. The food was just as good as the conversations we shared. Everything was made to perfection!! He offered a pre-selected menu but allowed me to make the vegan changes I needed. This was my first time using this platform but also a chef but it was worth it & im sure I’ll be using this platform and him again! Well done chef👏🏾
