Wow! We hired Chef Mai to give our 13yo private cooking lessons for her birthday. She LOVED it. We all loved it! Chef Mai put our very shy daughter at ease while patiently explaining cooking techniques. Bonus: Our budding chef now cleans after each step while cooking, "like Chef Mai told me!" Can't recommend Chef Mai enough!

Chef Mai was absolutely incredible! When I first reached out, she set up a consultation immediately, learned about the event and customized an amazing menu. She was extremely professional, friendly, and her food was INCREDIBLE! She handled everything from shopping, cooking, custom menus and table setting, topping off wine and cleaning everything up better than she found it. I have sung her praises to so many people and can't wait to hire her for another event very soon. Thank you for everything!

From the first phone call with the chef I immediately was excited about having her come and cook for my 30th birthday party. She was so nice and welcoming and really listened to the things I liked to eat. The menu she came up with was AMAZING. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about the empanadas and the salmon especially. Highly recommend her services and I look forward to using her again

Chef Mai was very professional and accommodating. I unfortunately had a death in the family and although this was a last minute contractual change she was understanding and provided a refund. I truly appreciate her patience and understanding and look forward to enjoying her services in the future.

Honestly this was way more than a five-star event. The level of detail from the food the plating and catering to my family's diet this was absolutely amazing. Chef Mai recorded my wife's reaction so that it could be shared with me although I couldn't be there. This was better than any restaurant I could have taken my wife to and I absolutely recommend this for anyone who is interested in doing something special for the love one like I did. Thank you so much Chef Mai for all that you did and seeing the joy that you brought to my wife kids and mother-in-law. I absolutely cannot thank you enough you are outstanding at what you do!!
