Honestly, the workmanship was great on my project that required the removal of four bedroom door locks and the installation of four new locks, which was provided by my family and I.
My family and I did not receive the name of the locksmith to expect and received a telephone call from the locksmith three hours prior to the expected arrival asking if the appointment time could be extended from the arrival expected time of 3:00-4:00 p.m. to 5:00-6:00 p.m. We declined the extension and expected the prescheduled arrival time of the locksmith.
There was a $19 service call fee which we expected, however, the total was disclosed after completion and not prior. The final cost disclosed was definitely inflated.
My advise to anyone that would like to utilize this company’s services, get a fully disclosed estimate for each service provided and the total prior to the installation.
