Recently, a craftsman came to see me, and it was one of those rare cases when you see a real professional. The first thing that caught my eye was his neatness: he arrived exactly at the agreed time, in clean work clothes, with a full set of tools, prepared in advance for the task.
He worked methodically, without haste, but also without unnecessary fuss. Before fixing the parts, he asked me several times how it would be more convenient for me, offered several options - you can feel his care for the client.
Another thing that struck me was the cleanliness. Usually after repairs there is trash, dust, but here everything is cleaned up, folded, not even a trace remains. He even wiped the surface after installation!
And the main thing is the result. Everything is held tightly, looks neat, nothing creaks or wobbles. It is obvious that the person did not just "do it and leave", but left behind a job that is not embarrassing. We need more craftsmen like him!
