Richard was very responsive after I submitted my initial inquiry to thumbtack. He asked questions and I provided photos and he came really well prepared. He walked me through the problems that he was seeing and how we could resolve them and also looking ahead to future maintenance. He stayed late on a Saturday and completely fixed our garage door. Richard was awesome! He was the only technician that could come out as soon as possible. One of the springs broke on my garage door and I had Christmas shopping to do!! Richard explained what he needed to do to fix my garage door. My garage door was fix about 2 hours later and I was on my way to go Christmas shopping. Richard was so friendly and explanatory!
