Richard was very responsive after I submitted my initial inquiry to thumbtack. He asked questions and I provided photos and he came really well prepared. He walked me through the problems that he was seeing and how we could resolve them and also looking ahead to future maintenance. He stayed late on a Saturday and completely fixed our garage door.
