- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing, however there are fees for securing our services and consultations. We personalize every event and work with all budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Per our initial contact with a customer, we spend time getting to know our prospective customer(s) with an inquiry of their vision and offer them creative options to fine tune their desired result during our free initial consultation, whether a phone chat or an in person meeting. Our first task is to learn and identify the "what " of the experience. (What does our customer want, what is he/she not communicating but desire? What is required to assist them in their successful vision? What and how can we use our services to reached that vision?) Then the event planning process begins...
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We began with school and church events, weddings, professional conferences, and partnering with large corporations.
