We had a 60th birthday party for my mother. I was exhausted with the prep work and at 5 when the event was supposed to start I was still trying to get the finishing touched. the team was amazing. I was able to relax a and they took everything over. Ms Dominique ran everything all the guests were pleased. She thought of everything before I even asked! They helped with clean up. I want to just mention how above and beyond she went went she helped one of our guests in a wheel chair up and down the stairs. Words can't express my gratitude. I will certainly be using them again. Best decision I made.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is by far one of the RUDEST companies I have ever worked with. We reached out last minute to inquire about gift wrapping services. The executive assistant GiGi said that’s fine , but since it’s last minute the price would range from $75-$90 & Would probably take the individual being sent 1.5 hours We said okay, and if she could give us an exact number so for accounting purposes I know what to inform the establishment paying. She replied with $175. I asked her hourly what that is because if you state 75-90 and 1.5 hours for a job how does that equal $175? That is technically more. So after inquiring with her, she proceeds to be rude and say it’s $175 and basically if you can’t afford that good luck , happy holidays. Money isn’t the issue, it’s simply being an accurate business owner and being able to clear up any confusion from what YOU stated. You told us a range not a set price, so how are you now defensive when the price isn’t adding up? We proceed to just going forward with her $175 even with her terrible customer service because unfortunately we do need the boxes wrapped last minute. She then send a text saying hello will you be paying cash or cash app? And that I will need to send the money to her number by noon. This is Prior to meeting anyone coming to do the work and prior to any work being done. So I expressed that to her and that we would pay a deposit if that’s more comfortable, but not an entire fee based on someone who has been rude, who hasn’t arrived, and hasn’t done any work. She said well last minute jobs require payment upfront and whoever she was sending is driving over an hour so be well & happy holidays. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and terrible customer service. Not sure if this is your company, ms GiGi, but whoever has you employed has major HR training to help you out with. That’s not how you handle customers. Couldn’t make this up if I tried!
