My firm services individuals in Maryland and DC. I am an award - winning, trial - winning attorney experienced in divorce, legal separation, child custody, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements. In addition to my experience in litigation, preparing legal documents, negotiating, and problem solving, I am also a strategic thinker, with a federal government background where I rose to a senior position. During a case, I am able to recognize when it is necessary to change tactics to get the best result. Because a court hearing or trial can be unpredictable, I have even found it necessary to change tactics in the middle of a trial and it has helped me win for my clients.

Pawnee Davis was excellent! We spoke on the phone for 45 minutes prior to meeting face to face. She let me vent to her over the phone and even in person. She was easy to reach whenever I reached out, and made me feel that she genuinely cared. I had a case a week prior to meeting her. We went over everything, and Pawnee represented me in court and we came out as winners! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your fees are held in an escrow until I earn them. You are billed an hourly rate in 6 minute increments against the amount in escrow.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free phone consultation. After I assess your case and we decided to work together, you will review and sign a retainer agreement, you will complete an intake form, and a fee will be due on a given date.
