- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to provide the fairest and best pricing possible individualized for each clients specific needs. I provide all cleaning solutions, tools, equipment (ex. trash bags, rags, duster etc.) so my clients do not have to worry about providing anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for new customers to feel confident and safe in working with me. My first step is to encourage clients to review photos and videos of past completed jobs. Next would be to meet in person and have a walkthrough focusing on learning what areas of concern and priorities clients may have for their home cleaning. My goal is to reach a home maintenance plan for each client always starting with a deep clean service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning as a part time when my children were much younger to help our family with financial needs. Eventually I came to enjoy forming great relationships with clients and becoming an essential part of their home maintenance. Now I feel after so many years cleaning homes it is time for me to formalize my business and continue to grow professionally.
