I contacted Kelly very last minute to see if I could get away for Thanksgiving week and she came through for me. I wanted a family resort that was safe and beautiful for me and my boys, and she gave us lots of options to choose from so quickly. We stayed at the Royalton Negril and it was beautiful and so much fun for all of us. Kelly sent me reminders to complete travel documents and was very detailed in making sure we were prepared up until the day we left, and even while we were on our vacation! We absolutely loved in and would book again. I highly recommend Coconut Cove Travel for all your vacation bookings!!

I reached out to Kelly to help us book a non-traditional trip to Costa Rica. She listened to our requirements and got right to work. The needs of a wildlife photographer differ greatly from a family trip to a resort and she didn’t hesitate. She is knowledgeable about the amenities at different locations, estimates for flights, and timing. You want a family trip? She’s the one. You want a quiet couples retreat? She’s on it! You want a nice mix of each? She can find you a place with a nanny service! From the time you leave your front door to the time you return, Kelly will handle all the details. Kelly worked tirelessly to find us a lodge that fit into our schedule and was easily accessible with one day of travel. She takes into consideration the flight departure and arrival times to make sure you squeeze every available second out of your well deserved vacation. Kelly’s attention to detail is impeccable. Kelly was super helpful and readily available when questions or issues arised. She found potential vacation spots that met all my criteria and budget. Every time I had a question, she was quick to respond. If she did not know the answer, she found out and responded within a reasonable time. She was very helpful, even when we were at our resort. She even sent me a text message reminding me to check in for our flight the day before we came home so I wouldn't forget! When I had issues checking in my daughter for the flight, she responded right away to my text message. I plan to use Kelly again and would definitely recommend her to others!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Client sends a message on Thumbtack that they are interested in my services. 2. A call is scheduled to discuss trip requirements and details. A Venmo text is sent for payment of $50.00 to begin the process. 3. Call is placed to contact to gather details. 4. Research begins and proposal is sent to client within 48 hours. 5. Client is given 24 hours to review proposal. Changes are made if necessary. 6. Once a property or itinerary is chosen, client submits deposit.
