- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's fair and reasonable from job to job. I have itemized line estimates/quotes. We usually do provide a warranty depending from job to job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to introduce myself. My name is David Fendlay and Im the owner of General Labor Services. I usually get a full name address and email so that way when I provide a quote I break it down each itemized line in the quote and send it off in the email which 95 percent of customers do have. If there is no email I just simply print out the quote or invoice from the office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have started work as a landscaper when I was in my younger days. Loved it then and love it now and also love working outside. We moved in to around the home repairs about 3 years ago. Check out some pictures. I have new ones coming real soon.
