- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple! Allows us to examine the home at no cost to you and provide you with a comprehensive 22 Point Energy Evaluation of your home. We go over the rules with pictures of any information important to the homeowner. After that we provide what options are available to remedy the issues and cover the investment options associated. Then the homeowner makes their OWN best decision. For the homeowners that choose to have us correct the situation we provide scheduling options and time frames for work completion. After all work is completed we walk through the entire job with the homeowner and ensure every part is up to their standards and expectations. We also follow up at 6 and 12 months to ensure continued satisfaction.
