They came out to look at my mold issue. They scanned the area in question, pulled up some carpet and demonstrated that is local to a small area & not actively growing. They have could tried to sell their services but were willing to advise me what should be removed and what was safe to clean. I appreciate their no cost visit and their honest assessment. I know who to call on the future.

I called Eco Pro Restoration. We agreed day and time. Jerry called 15 minutes ahead, he came as agreed, inspected for mold and mildew, used a moisture meter and visual inspection. Gave some information about mold and mildew and ways to prevent both. We are glad we called this company. Thank you Jerry for coming and helping us to feel more comfortable.

We always use Xactimate. That's the same as the insurance companies use.

Keeping them calm is key, as long as no one was hurt during the damage/loss it can always be replaced or even salvaged.
