Rick was fantastic to work with. Our roof was already quite old (maybe 15+ years, previous owners were unsure). We had a leak that was indicative of some other issues from the prior owner and wanted to get it addressed. For the day of the estimate he gave me a clear analysis on what needed to be done, what was working, what was OK, and what needed to be replaced. He was very thorough in explaining each issue in detail and how his team planned to work with the existing roof and resolve issues. He sent me a very detailed estimate report and we OK'd the work. Rick and his team showed up promptly the day after to begin work on the roof. They took great milestone pictures during the complete roof replacement, repaired and replaced damaged roofing (rotted wood, broken planks), did the water proofing and frost shielding, re-flashed the chimney and everywhere else that needed re-flashing. Honestly I cannot sing enough praise for Rick & Sons, I'm already recommending his company to my friends, they just did such an amazing job. Furthermore Rick was in active communication the whole time so if we had random questions he was the one personally answering them. This is the person you want working with you for this level of effort; I applaud Rick's team on a job very well done.
