- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to figure out the scope of the project (deadlines, length of project, budget) and get to know the style of the customer (either a proprietary style, a publishing standard style guide, or the writer's general style if we are working on a creative project). Then, we create a timeline and schedule time for periodic reviews of the project, if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BA in English at the prestigious University of Virginia, and have since taken advanced course work in the Publishing Arts at the University of Baltimore. I have over seven years of professional editorial and project management experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I received many scholarly works, like thesis papers, research papers, and preparing Scientific/medical research for publication or submission and other scholarly works. I have also worked on one book project, internal communications and publications for small businesses, oral presentations, and curricula/facilitator manuals.
