Mario is the real deal. Real definition of what a property manager is and does. This is my first property and I had a previous manager that I wasn’t becoming pleased with not doing nearly a Mario has been getting accomplished for me. When he first came to check out my property we discussed everything and expectations. Very personable, straightforward, and honest about his thoughts and opinions which I totally wanted and respect. From actually keeping my property managed and maintained to handling all the administrative work for the property with the city, I really am just in the background getting great updates. Can’t say enough great things. Definitely will continue have Mario managing my property and anymore to come and definitely would recommend to anyone in need or search of a property.

Frank Property Management has again and again been thoughtful, responsive, and smart in the way they manage my family's property. As first time owners, we were nervous about all that could go wrong. Mario has eased those worries by deftly handling the process of setting up the rental, finding tenants, and addressing issues promptly as they arise. On top of that, our interactions (he only involves me when needed) have been informative and good humored. High recommend.
