  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer home buying/selling services and property management. Below are my processes for each service: For buying and selling property: Initial consultation: We will begin with an initial consultation where I will listen to your real estate needs, wants, and goals. This will allow me to understand your unique situation and tailor my services to your needs. Home search and listing: Once I have a clear understanding of your preferences, I will begin searching for homes that meet your criteria if you're a buyer or list your property if you're a seller. I will provide you with a list of homes to review or help you market your property to potential buyers. Offer and negotiation: When you find a home you are interested in purchasing, or when you receive an offer on your property, I will help you make an offer and negotiate with the other party's agent. I will work to get you the best possible price and terms for the transaction. Closing: If your offer is accepted, I will guide you through the closing process. This will involve inspections, appraisals, and finalizing the sale or purchase of the property. For property management services: Property evaluation: We will begin by evaluating your property and its current condition. This will allow me to develop a plan to manage and maintain the property to the highest standards. Tenant screening: I will handle the tenant screening process, which includes advertising the property, conducting background checks, and verifying employment and rental history. I will work to find the best possible tenants for your property. Rent collection and maintenance: I will collect rent payments from tenants and handle any necessary maintenance requests. I will also ensure that the property is kept in good condition and that repairs are made in a timely manner. Financial reporting: I will provide you with regular financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets. You will always be kept up-to-date on the financial performance of your property. Compliance: I will ensure that your property is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and building codes. Throughout the process, I will work closely with you to ensure that your real estate needs are met. I will provide you with regular updates on the status of your transactions and properties and be available to answer any questions you may have.
