My education/qualifications are as follows: - Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science - Towson University - NASM Certified Personal Trainer - NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist - NASM Performance Enhancing Specialist I have 1+ years of experience working as a physical therapy technician. This helps me better apply my Corrective Exercise Specialization with clients who may be in a post-rehab situation, or could benefit from pre-habilitation. I'm also the former Head Trainer of Baltimore's Number 1 in-home personal training service! Throughout my career I have worked with all ages, with a wide range of fitness goals. I specialize in fitness for busy professionals, which means maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Hands down the best training experience I've had. Extremely knowledgable, patient, takes time to explain and to offer suggestions for maximizing every rep of every workout. Provides workouts I can do on my own, as well as nutrition advice. Very flexible and worth every penny!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Blake. I had my left hip replaced in August 2022 and went through the obligatory physical therapy for the 6 weeks I was allowed. I was still at about a pain level of 7-9 most of the time. My orthopedic surgeon suggested I look for a personal trainer. Blake has been working with me 2 times a week for about 11 months now, with the focus on strengthening my left hip and losing weight. I also feel more toned in my arms, legs and back. My pain level has gone down to 1-2 and I’ve lost 19lbs with his guidance. He definitely knows his stuff!! I would highly recommend him as your personal trainer!

Found Blake when I was living on my own and looking for a jumpstart to get back on track with my fitness and overall health. In about 6 months I was down around 30 lbs and eating better than I’d ever been. Blake formulates a workout and nutrition plan based on your personal goals and helps keep you accountable. Blake is passionate and dedicated to his clients and I would recommend him to anyone look for a personal trainer.

For the time I've worked with Blake I can say it has been truly amazing. Not only has my strength increased and my weight decreased, I also gained a lot of insight as to nutrition and what needs to be done to get and stay healthy. He has helped to debunk more than one myth as to weight loss and correct my thoughts as to what needs to be done to continue to help my health. I have fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondylitis and Blake has worked with me to strengthen the necessary parts of my body to counteract these diseases. If you are looking for a knowledgeable friendly and helpful trainer, look no further. You have found him. His name is Blake.

I had the pleasure of training with Blake for two + years and the value gained was amazing. From the nutrition guidance to training quality, everything was tailored to me. Blake took the time to evaluate my nutrition and physical training ability in the very beginning to determine where I was at that time. For example, I have a shoulder injury, so making adjustments to training was something I had issues previously with past trainers because they would have me do exercises that would strain or hurt. Blake was able to provide alternate exercises that were great for me. In addition, we discussed what my goals were and what my nutrition consisted of. He then came up with a nutrition plan as well as set realistic expectations with me. A huge help was receiving daily check-ins to keep up on my nutrition. Needless to say less pizza ha The motivation to not only train hard, but not miss a training day was great. The progress I made in one year of training was amazing!
