- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first assess my clients goals, their general fitness levels, and their diet. From there I work with my clients to set a plan that works best for them to reach their health and fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an ACE certified personal trainer for 4 years. I have certifications in functional training and nutrition coaching.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off as a physical therapy technician and really enjoyed helping people recover from injuries. I got certified as a trainer as an intermediate job to becoming a physical therapist. I LOVED it so much I decided to stay a trainer!
