- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREESPACES offers hourly rates ($65) or packages that include discounts. Some projects can be priced as a flat fee. We develop a plan for success that works for you AND your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact: typically a brief complimentary "intake" phone consultation to discuss your needs & freespaces' relevant expertise 2. Next Step: Schedule a 2 Hour On-Site or Virtual Assessment to determine needs, priorities, and expectations. A written "Action Plan" with estimated time, cost and tasks is included in cost of visit. (Smaller jobs do not require.) 3. Implement plan - create schedule, goals and follow up for each visit. 4. When project is done, freespaces' remains available to answer questions and tweak systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
M.S.W. (Master's degree in Social Work with specialty in organizing, management and planning) Member, National and NC Association of Productivity and Professional Organizers Decades of high-level and hands-on executive experience managing people, projects, programs and organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Cross-cultural experience living and working internationally. Personal experience buying, selling, renovating and designing homes.
