Initially, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience, which felt unprofessional. Although they eventually reached out to complete the appointment the next day, the overall lack of communication and moments that felt like gaslighting made this my most disappointing experience among the dozens of notaries I’ve worked with. Timely updates or clear explanation of what was needed to complete the appointment, could have helped avoid much of the confusion. I hope this feedback can help improve future client interactions.

We cannot book an order without confirming a date time or location with signers as we made this very clear. Your signer finally picked up and we were able to make it happen. The excessive review is not necessary as we try our hardest to accommodate very order as we did after your negative review and when your client finally answered the phone. The client was happy.
