We booked this and I was told only by asking about cancellation that the deposit is not refundable but my son whose birthday it is doesn't want to do this. He is not comfortable with it so I literally let them know we will need to cancel and they are keeping the whole 175.00. Keep in mind he told me 150 first then changed it to 175. I did say yes but really thought my son we'll love this idea. He dis not. I don't think it's right they are keeping it all.
