Responsive and hopeful he was going to get the job done. He was an hour late but that was fine because we were running behind. We gave him instructions and told him even though we were still packing that he would be paid his full price. We left him to go to the other house and he texts 30 mins later that he would not stay around waiting. NO further text or call. He just left with the job unfinished.
