I hired Alvin for a rental remodel, expecting professionalism and follow-through. Unfortunately, they abandoned the job without completing ANY of the work they started. The state in which they left the project has not only caused significant delays but will also increase my costs, as I now have to bring in another contractor to fix and finish the work. On top of that, I’ve lost rental income due to these unnecessary setbacks. This experience has been frustrating and costly. I would not recommend Vision Home Improvement to anyone looking for reliability and accountability in their home renovation.
