I paid for a move-in clean with emphasis on the walls, windows and appliances. Only to find that the walls were not cleaned at all. The purpose of paying for the service was to not have to do it myself which I now need to do. Additionally, there were still cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling after they "cleaned". Photos are from after the cleaning was completed.
