- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% New Customer Discount as well as discounted service bundles, i.e., Home Inspection w/ Radon or Lead, Rental Inspection w /Lead Inspection, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the customer directly to get the specifics of the property and project. Once the details are confirmed, a link is sent to the client via email and text with all relevant agreements to be signed. There is also a link to the payment portal included for ease. Following the inspection, the client is walked through the home for a review of defects and positive areas of the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 100 classroom hours covering all aspects of home inspection. I am an EPA licensed HVAC mechanic and a certified Apartment Maintenance Technician CAMT. I have over 25 years of facility maintenance experience in various settings, i.e. hotel, multifamily, warehouse, etc.
