Paul was very responsive and professional. The Tech did a wonderful job completing the task, which included replacing 6 cracked porcelain tiles in the kitchen. He also repaired a replaced the lower grout in our shower. Everything looks like new now. Many thanks!

Paul and the staff from Grout Medic were awesome to work with! So pleased with how they bought our travertine tile floors back to life. Also cleaned and sealed a tile shower and caulked a second shower for us. Amazing results! Even had them do work for my elderly Dad who needed tile work done in his bathrooms. So courteous, clean, great communication. Sent confirmation emails and texts and let us know when technician was on his way. Highly recommend this company!
