I have been struggling for years as to what I should do with my property/repairs. I've contacted Michael (WBG) in 2023 and again in 2024, and he remembered me because he took time out and spoke about my needs and wants. His professionalism and personal views were on point. Yes, Michael (WBG) may have talked himself out of $100K in construction work, but he has gained a lot more than $100K. I will most definitely, recommend Michael Washington (WBG) for any construction work because he truly has a deep understanding of the local market, passionate about his work, and will provide you with the highest level of service and expertise.

The craftsmanship and final results of building a full bathroom in my basement is wonderful; however, the “journey” as Michael Washington (the owner) phrased it was sorely lacking. Jermaine Wright was the primary person who created and executed the project and was one who paid a great deal of attention to detail and ensured things were properly completed. The project began the third week of June and was projected to take 2-3 weeks; it was finally concluded the second week of December, some 5.7 months later. I would highly recommend WBG if you’re willing to wait for your project to be complete and are willing to continually prompt communication.

We have been wanting to remodel our kitchen for quite a while. Over the years we have explored options, but have been hesitant to move forward. That was until we found The Washington Building Group. Though we are only in the preconstruction stage, Mike has been extremely dedicated, creative, accommodating, flexible, and informative. This project has been many years in the making, and Mike is bringing our vision to life and we couldn't be more impressed and grateful.

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, quantity of product put in place the amount of labor required to complete the job.

We reach out immediately to set up an in person estimate consultation. At the consultation, we listen to understand the needs of the client to develop a clear scope of work and how we can address their needs. We then provide a price proposal within 3 to 5 business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Michael Washington, has a bachelor's and master's degree in construction management, 30 hour OSHA trained, and over 20 years of construction experience.
