I didn’t get an opportunity to see their work because they didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment that they adjusted. When I call, I was told the rep was in their way. I requested the rep call me to see how far they were. The rep called me and had 0 idea that I had an appointment. He was calling to see when I wanted to schedule an appointment. I reached out to the rep an hour after my scheduled appointment to try to schedule for another day. - He left me “on read”. Rating is due to poor communication and unreliability.

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, quantity of product put in place the amount of labor required to complete the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out immediately to set up an in person estimate consultation. At the consultation, we listen to understand the needs of the client to develop a clear scope of work and how we can address their needs. We then provide a price proposal within 3 to 5 business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Michael Washington, has a bachelor's and master's degree in construction management, 30 hour OSHA trained, and over 20 years of construction experience.
