Cris and his team did a phenomenal job remodeling my kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplace, as well as removing popcorn ceilings and painting interior walls around the house. They were professional, courteous, and hard-working. The prices were very reasonable and never increased from the original estimates throughout the projects. Overall, this a trustworthy company with skill, integrity, and great customer service. I plan on having them back to do more work in the future.

Sanmartin Contractor did excellent work installing a doorway and performing a small-scale basement renovation. My requested job was somewhat tricky, with multiple other contractors refusing the task. Chris visited my home in-person, and offered a variety of options for how we could make my basement project work. The Sanmartin Contractor crew worked diligently and finished the job within one day. The quality of work was excellent and exactly what I had hoped for. I will use Sanmartin Contractor in the future, and I recommend Chris and his crew to anybody thinking about home renovation.

We have used them several times and will again. From setting a rolling interior door, to carpentry, painting, roof and deck work, frozen water pipes, repair water damage in ceilings and walls, electrical and plumbing. Great workers. Fine work, neat, timely and within budget.
