This man comes to my house unprepared and not knowledgeable about the situation of my project after I already expressed the major concern of my property. After arriving, he leaves and calls me thereafter to tell me that he is a contractor, and that he has to rip out this, and then do extract that… when the only thing requested was cleaning the carpet out. Then as I’m expressing what I need he tells me that we’re having a problem because “nobody is going to tell me what they want me to do, but instead they are going to ask me what I can do with my tools and expertise” and then proceeds to hang up on me (mind you this was twice I just thought the first time was an accident) I’m just telling you, let him be. It ain’t worth the headache! Find someone better! I literally try to support black businesses, but he makes it bad for us all!

We love being able to assist our customers in all situations. However this customer was out of town with no clue of damage and family members there that were not trying to be helpful. While trying to offer the customer the best process to resolving the project she became upset. As a result of the customer's bad attitude and lack of understanding of the process over the phone, I decided I better leave.
