Tyrell (and his assistant) were amazing! He took the time to carefully diagnose two issues I had and found the right solutions for both. His assistant skillfully replaced 4 light fixtures. They cleaned up the work areas before leaving too. I really appreciate how thorough Tyrell was in making sure the problems were solved the installations were done correctly!

Tyrell deserves more than 5 stars! He was extremely professional, responsive, and punctual. He installed my new light fixture very quickly after it had been "repaired" twice by a well-known electric company. Tyrell even made time to vacuum the mess. I'd highly recommend him, and I will definitely use him again for future jobs that I already have in mind.

I contacted Mr Smith to install a new light fixture in my basement. When he was finished I asked him about my dining room light that I had plans to replace. Mr Smith offered to do the work right then, saving time and money instead of scheduling a separate visit. Mr Smith is an experienced electrician and knows his business inside and out. He arrived on time, was very professional, neat and considerate. It's obvious that he takes pride in a job well done, and done correctly the first time. Tyrell did an EXCELLENT job installing my wall sconces. He was PROFESSIONAL from beginning to end. I originally just wanted the sconces installed & a light fixture replaced. He ended up installing an additional electrical outlet & light switch for me. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the work Tyrell provided & hope to work with him again in the near future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off the final labor cost for 1st Time Customers, Veterans, Senior Citizens, 1st Responders. It’s also best to bundle your electrical projects together for the best possible pricing. Doing this saves me a trip and keeps down the amount of trips the contractor has to be in your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask several questions to make sure the customers have tried everything they could to solve their electrical issues prior to having me come out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of apprenticeship training. 2000+ hours of in-class instruction and over 14 years of on the job training. Passed my state of MD masters electrical license test. I’m currently licensed and insured in the state of MD.
