- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing usually works with the client's budget in mind considering it is reasonable for me to make a profit while providing services. Also when a price is quoted, I always encourage a potential client to reach out to me and allow me to make the decision to DJ your event with your budget in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat them with respect and understand what is the goal to be accomplished. I feel that i do more than just play great music. I truly enjoy making a real connection with my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional and spend a lot of time over the past 30 years practicing my craft as a self taught DJ. To me it is more than picking a great playlist. A great DJ should be able to blend and mix songs seamlessly to the next keeping the atmosphere fun and exciting when it needs to be.
