This gentleman gave me the best install anyone could ask for and if your wondering why read the beyond expectation area. Normal expectations, kept work area clean, extremely knowledgeable about his craft, completed the install with testing to ensure they work. Beyond expectation, while completing test he found that the dryer did not work. He went into troubleshooting mode and found the problem. This gentleman saved me several hours between Samsung, the exchange and repair man both within actively pursuing and passively waiting for the repair. Thanks again!
