- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and affordable. If you have big projects, we know it can get expensive that's why we believe in the bigger the job, the bigger the discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking potential customers questions about their plans for their property. What do they need done? Is it a big or small project? Do they have solid plans and materials ready to go or do they need more help with deciding and advice? Accordingly, we schedule an in-person estimate to come and see the property for the first time then move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
