When everyone else was either unresponsive or did not have any availability for our family's emergency stove install, Marvin saved the day. He was responsive, professional, and quick. Marvin was great to work with and very knowledgeable. We sent an inquiry to install our microwave and outlet on Saturday - he responded within 5 minutes of submission, then was here on Monday and took less than an hour to complete. We are pleased with his services, response time and professionalism and will certainly reach back out for future appliance installation and repairs. Marvin was fast and knowledgeable. He installed an air dampener on my Whirlpool refrigerator that had worn out and was making continuous clicking and knocking sounds.
I had already ordered the replacement part and it took him about 20 minutes to install it. He told me how to re-position the foods in my frig and freezer so the problem wouldn’t reoccur.
He also tolerated my questions about how he Installed the part (even though I’m sure I was annoying him some 🙂.) He also gave me a hint about how to fix a problem with my Maytag dishwasher.
I’ll call him again if I get in a jam.
