- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is below market value because I work for a blind company and I base my prices underneath company pricing guidelines
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process goes phone conversation, then I come to the establishment measure windows if customer wants to order custom we pick out color and type of blinds customer pays for blinds and they will ship blinds to the establishment in approximately 3 weeks, then I come and install the blind. Other options are picking stock blinds from stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart etc..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am power/hand tool certified, osha 30 safety certified, and I have been currently employed at a blind company for the past 8 years
