- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on many different aspects. For example: - Complexity of the job - Type of materials and warranties - Property access. Etc. We focus strictly on quality. We understand that when it comes to a project as a roof that costs thousands of dollars, money/cost is important. We do our best to offer the most competitive prices without compromising our quality. If we consider we cannot help because of cost wise, we will let the customer know but we never risk quality over money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We have an screening process where we collect some basic information from the customer to determine if we are a good fit for their project - If we are a good fit, we set up an on-site appointment to answer any questions and provide an estimate. - We provide a written proposal and if approved we proceed to schedule and completing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have learn from other companies when working for them. We have personally been in the field with our workers doing the work. We also have certifications from manufactures that proves our ability to install materials according to their guidelines. There is always room to improve and we are always on top on new products and learning new techniques. All these with the purpose to provide our customer with the best value possible and the best opportunities for grow for our team members. We have also attended to roofing seminars where we interact with manufacturers and other roofing contractors or to explore new materials or installation techniques.
