- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I appreciate referrals and recurring customers. Discount codes are sent by email only. If I don’t meet expectations on services provided, I meet with the client to discuss a remedy to the situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask a ton of questions surrounding the particular job the customer wants to ensure I meet or surpass their expectations and wants. Bigger projects can occasionally require additional contact, to accommodate this, I discuss it up front and make myself available to answer questions/concerns and ask for the best contact/call back number/email.
