- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in making money when you make money. So we charge a percentage of the monthly revenue for our full management service fees. We are in this together!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We first begin by performing a Rental Performance Analysis of your property. This guides the dynamic pricing tools we put in place for your property. 2. Advise you what upgrades, or bed configuration options will maximize rental performance and ROI). 3. Stock and furnish the home with everything in your standardization sheet. Determine guest check in gift and prepare first gift package. 4. Video the inventory so we know the exact contents of the house. This is good for Rental Guardian Insurance policy and more. 5. Take professional HDR photographs, drone and video walkthroughs. 6. Provide a detailed new owner's manual to set you up for success. We aim to make this as simple as possible and remove the stress of property management!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive training in short term/vacation rental property management. VRMA certification. PMI Purify safety cleaning certification.
