What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation price is variable ($0-$200) with many factors contributing to that. After an initial consultation, the price is a $50 per hour fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is the initial consultation. In this meeting, the client must describe what type of work they would like done. After the initial consultation, I will author a proposal. The proposal will translate the desired work into quantifiable metrics. It will also provide goals, intermittent goals, a schedule, a plan of attack, and an estimate of the number of hours to complete. Once both parties agree to the proposal the work will start shortly afterwards.
