- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our packages are customizable and can be as simple as needing a bartender (client provides everything) to full-service packages where we provide everything for a fully functional bar. Our prices listed on Thumbtack are base prices for our basic Beer and Wine Service package. Pricing will depend upon factors such as package selected, number of guests (to determine # of bartenders needed and proper amount of supplies), travel, special requests, providing Satellite bars, and trash removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process requires more information than Thumbtack provides. Because events can vary so much in size and service requests, we ask all new customers to visit our page, complete our questionnaire to provide as much detail as possible, and from there we will create a customized quote based on your information. If customers have any questions or concerns, we are always able to set up a call to discuss different options. Once the client agrees to the terms, we will set up a menu consultation to discuss their vision, plan out a menu, and provide estimates of what they should purchase based on our experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are ServSafe certified and have a combined 30+ years in restaurant/bar experience.
