Established in 2023, Annapolis Boxing offers authentic boxing training for individuals of all ages and skill levels. We have "Kids", "Adults" and "Women Only" classes, from Monday to Saturday.

We are the only one in town offering all the physical and mental benefits of genuine Olympic-style boxing with certified USA Boxing coaches.
The studio features an 18'X18' competition-style boxing ring and a variety of equipment.
Our program emphasizes sportsmanship, discipline, physical conditioning, and proper techniques, an ideal choice for anyone seeking to enhance their skills or simply experience the thrill of the sport.
In your first class we will understand your goals, needs and abilities to create a plan that will help you get there with specific boxing drills, covering footwork, bag work, mitt work, shadow boxing, partner exercises, and controlled sparring.
