Working with Alex was great. I reached out to him om Thumbtack Wednesday and he and his crew started work Friday because I needed to get the painting done by Monday. He and I texted in the evening because I had a last minute change to our paint colors. They showed up on time, texted when they were on their way and stayed late Saturday to finish on time. Everyone was friendly, wiped there feet, and easy to work with. I am definitely working with them for any future painting jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are according to the amount of the project if the owner of the house gives me a large project I give him a discount and help him with discounts when he goes to buy the material and I try to work with the budget that the customer has but my prices are fair because I have to give time to the project to do a quality job and that the customer is happy with my work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I talk to a new customer I tell him that I need to see the project to give him a fairer price and I try to work with the budget that he has and I try to explain the whole process that the project will take
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in remodeling for more than 10 years and I try to do all the projects with a lot of quality and that the owner of the house is very happy with his new project
